Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our product. Every new subscription includes a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your AI voice agent goes live. If you are not satisfied for any reason during this period, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

The 7-day window begins on the date your agent is activated and made available for use, not the date of payment.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of your agent going live
• The refund applies to the initial subscription payment only
• Refunds are not available for subsequent billing periods or renewals
• Each customer is entitled to one refund. Repeat accounts or refund abuse may be declined

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@answeravoice.com with the following:

• The email address associated with your account
• The reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated)

4. Processing Time

We aim to review and process all refund requests within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

5. What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your subscription will be cancelled and your AI voice agent will be deactivated. Your account data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to resubscribe, after which it will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• The 7-day satisfaction window has passed
• The request is for a renewal or subsequent billing period
• The account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
• A refund has previously been issued for the same account
